1. All our products are made to order.
2. We start sewing after confirming receipt of the payment.
3. Preparation time for ordered products may take 2-5 business days.
4. Shipments are sent via courier or post to selected countries in Europe and the world.
5. All shipments have a tracking number that enables tracking the package. After we have shipped your order, you will receive an email with a tracking number.
