Returns / exchanges
Returns or exchanges can be made within 14 days of receiving the shipment.
You can exchange a given item for a different size or colour.
Unwanted goods should be sent back with the form, selecting the options: return or exchange to the following address:

Personalized costumes are not exchangeable or refundable.
Returned items cannot have any traces of use.
The shipment does not have to be packed in the original box, but it must be protected against damage.
The costs of return shipping and the costs of re-shipping in the event of replacement are borne by the buyer.
The refund will be made up to 7 business days from receipt by the shipment.
The refund is made using the same payment method that was used by the Buyer in the original transaction.
Each return shipment sent from outside the European Union must be accompanied by a completed customs declaration with the indication of the goods as returning for exchange / return.
The customs declaration can be obtained at the post office or from the carrier.
Failure to make a customs declaration will result in re-charging the customs fee.
Shipments not containing the above declaration will be returned to the sender at sender´s expense.
